Everything was great except I forgot a $150 dress in the closet. Somehow no one ever claimed to find it and I contacted the staff the next day. Also, as I was packing to leave, one of the workers keyed into my room and just walked in. He apologized and thought I had checked out already, but it was still awkward.

Because it's located very close to Paulista Avenue it's a great hotel to stay when visiting São Paulo. There's also many great restaurants nearby and staff is very helpful and attentive.

DO NOT STAY HERE! A news tv in Brazil found out they do not wash the bed sheets between guests! Disgusting.

The rooms are clean and reasonably well-maintained. The bath tub in my room was definitely in need of replacement but I was able to have hot showers every day so I can't really complain too much. The pool and patio area is really nice. The restaurant serves pretty decent food and is able to accomodate dietary restrictions to some extent. The area around the hotel is really beautiful with so many gardens. Overall I felt safe and I liked how close I was to everything.

Very nice hotel but the elevator system is a little weird and troublesome. Also the hotel wifi is very VERY slow. The food is good but had some undercooked fish. Other than that it was quite a good experience.

Rooms are a little old. Furniture needs updating. But it's a nice size room. Bathroom is quite old and small but everything worked OK. Air condicioning old and uneffective. Breakfast had good options. Staff well trained.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, clean. I'm loving it. The only down side was that they didn't allowed us to have breakfast when we arived at 8 AM.

Dated rooms, loud air conditioning units, bathroom needs a deep cleaning, small/slow elevators, only 1 English channel (CNN). Good central location, well equipped fitness center.
