Clean and safe hotel at Via Augusta and some meters from Av Paulista. The hotel has resonable prices for the accommodation.

It's an old hotel, but that's not necessarily bad. Actually, the room and bathroom are big, it's clean and my room had a new AC. The breakfast was also good, several options from cakes to scrambled eggs. Just the check in process was a little too old fashioned for me, it was weird feeling a paper in 2017.

Valeu pelo custo benefício. Bem mais barato que os concorrentes próximos, mas com um bom espaço nos quartos, closet, cofre, frigobar, varanda grande, bons canais de tv e uma equipe atenciosa. O café da manhã é básico, mas atende muito bem. Boa limpeza e organização. Só não recomendo os quato da frente porque tem umas boates que são silenciosas , mas as pessoas que ficam na frente delas não. Poderiam colocar portas aprova de som.

Located on a busy street or known as one of the "red district" in sp. Not family oriented neighborhood. Many brothels on Paulista. Hotel was very clean and staff super friendly, just the Neighborhood.

Good location. Ask for a quiet room. Lively street. ;-) Wifi was rather slow.
