Boa localização, restaurantes próximos ao local. Está próximo do aeroporto de Congonhas. Mas não é um hotel 5Estrelas, pra mim seriam 4, e olhe lá. Hotel 5 estrelas, supostamente seria perfeito, o que não se encaixa aqui.

This is a nice hotel with accommodating staff and a nice selection of amenities. The gym is large and a cut above most hotel gym offerings. The breakfast in the morning is beautiful and the staff are friendly. The location is near busy streets but the rooms remain quiet. The park nearby is working walking distance and nice to enjoy on Saturdays.

This hotel has two type of rooms the new ones and the old ones and the difference between both is huge. Last time I slept on the old side of the hotel and it really is expensive for what you get. This changes if you sleep on the new rooms. Everything is acceptable on the old rooms except for the price.

The conference rooms are very sofisticated and the stuff are kind. The lunch was marvellous. Located near Ibirapuera park, the hotel is a good place to stay if you are coming to São Paulo.

The hotel os in a strategic location in São Paulo, close The airport, Business Center, Av.Paulista, has an efficient valet service , easy access to any point of São Paulo, near the best clubs and nightclubs of São Paulo

overall a nice size room with desk and king bed. It took quite a while to cool the room off, but eventually the temperature became normal. Only real issue I had was the TV did not work. Unfortunately I did not try it until I was ready to go to bed and at that point I was not going to call someone to come fix it.

They provided great customer service and rooms were very nice. Bed was the most comfortable I've ever had and I travel quite a bit. Also great shower / water pressure and facilities were top-notch: Restaurant, gym, lobby, etc. Also great location in the city. I've stayed at other Pullman locations and I find them very consistent.

The hotel staff was very helpful in all aspects of my stay. I had early arrival, and the team was able to assure that my room would be available upon arrival. I only waited in the cafe for a few moments before they notified me that I could go to my room. That was at 10am after a long flight from New York.

The staff was very welcoming and help with any questions I had regarding my stay. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The only complaint is that the room was clean but there was a glass in the bathroom that was cloudy and dirty and there were hairs (dark, not mine) on the bathroom counter and on the bed. None of this would not make me stay there again and I do plan on staying at you hotel for two weeks during the month of October, Thank you.

I feel the need to submit this review because the ratings here at Google and Tripadvisor are so far from the truth that I think they must be manipulated. I have stayed at this hotel over 20 times - not by choice, but was required by my employer. The service is horrible, and most of the staff I interacted with speak very little English and have a real attitude problem. The wifi is very slow, and does not work on 2 of the floors. The rooms looks nothing like the newly renovated rooms in the photos. They are very dated (think 1980s glass blocks) and have not been maintained well. The air conditioning does not work, which makes the room unbearably hot in the summers. In addition there is nothing to do close to the hotel, unless you want to walk along the freeway that you can hear from your room all night.

Wonderful staff, well maintained, this is a great place to stay in Sao Paolo. Plus, the park nearby has tons of places to enjoy.
