The bathroom was smelling, the rooms not like pictures, the location is good-close to the subway. Breakfast below the standards. Fitness area was okay.

Staffs are very helpful an patient for any questions. If you are the first time to travel to Sao Paulo, this hotel is near the metro and very convenient to reach the place of interests. Good value for money., Thank you ALL

The staff is friendly and helpful even for English speaking guests. Room was clean and offered everything I needed for my stay. I would definitely stay here again if in Sao Paulo again.

I just arrived 2 days ago in São Paulo and decided to go for the Mercure São Paulo Paulista hotel. I don't regret my decision as this hotel is very good with a reasonable price. Room size is big, as well as the bed and it's very, comfortable. Mini bar is full of pleasant stuff, a lot of TV programs available, safe free of charge usage and everything combined with a good service. It's not noise during the night as this hotel is located on a side street next to avenida Paulista. Around the corner you have a huge grocery store, a lot of bars, shopping malls and restaurants. The fitness room is ok, some basic equipment with a complimentary bottle of water. All in all I enjoyed my stay so far and would recommend this hotel

Location very nice, close to the Subway and the Paulista's Avenue (makes it a bit noisey). The rooms are very clean and the bed is very confortable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple but nice. The bathroom is too tight and the shower could be better. I would say it is a good cost/ benefit hotel in São Paulo for those who have a convention at Fecomercio.

Very clean, air conditioning not working in my room, attending a bit slower, the breakfast is optional with an additional fare, but is good quality food. A lot of power outlet.

The location is pretty good - close to the Paulista Avenue. Rooms are clearly recently renovated, breakfast is good but a bit expensive. Only complain I have is about the noise - I was at the 4th floor and could clearly hear the street.

You know what really grinds my gears? A bad hotel service and that is why I had a great time here. Since the beginning of my stay I was very welcomed. And what about the food? The best ever!! Bigger tips are always a pleasure after a smile of them hahaha
