  I pay monthly to use the hotel's parking. The parking employees are really professional and are nice people they are always available to help in any case I need

  You have coffee in the room but no coffee machine. You have a kitchen but no cookware neither silverware.
  No refills for bathroom amenities, and a prehistoric tv in the room. It is not up to a Mercure standard hotel.
