Good location. Old fashion rooms. Upgrade needed.
The rooms were very comfortable and the meals were very well served. The rooms didn't lack any resource, but the key card stopped working for some reason during the third day. The event rooms have decent infrastructure with Wi-Fi (not free), but very few power plugs on the walls. The receptionist provided us with extensions for the walls. Overall a decent experience, with nice staff and good structure.
Nice lunch with good food and honest price.
I've been there only for the restaurant at the lobby. It's OK, nothing great.
Very good hotel. In a good location and with quality room. The price is just for what you get.
Staff is friendly, room is big and the location is very good.
Its a great hotel Very Nice people great rooms
The hotel is situated only a minutes walk from the Patio Batel shopping mall. It is also in an area of town that is considered safe for tourists.
Upon arrival and check-in, one is promptly assisted with baggage carrying . The reception staff and concierge are friendly and attentive.
The rooms are large and spacious, with big, comfortable beds and a modern LED TV. The bathrooms are, however, somewhat small but clean.
The breakfast buffet is ample and consists of all the usual Brazilian delights like cheese bread and fresh juices.
The only negative thing I can thing of about the hotel is the terrible WiFi coonection and speed. Anything beyond reading plaintext emails was a challenge.
Highly recommended overall.
