As most of Mercure in Brazil, it's far from the quality standards Mercure usually offers. The rooms are not soundproofs, breakfast is not that good The service is poor. The equipment in the room is old. The.rooms are old, with an unpleasant smell. There are a lot of hotels in Curitiba with a better price, better rooms and better service

Clean and cozy rooms with friendly staff. Breakfast is great. Location is very central with walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

I had a great experience in this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, great room! The bathroom could improve a little because the exhaust system isn't so great. Everything is clean at all. Excellent breakfast. The location is incredible, so many great restaurants nearby.

Overall, it's fine. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice restaurant inside. I didn't like so much to find hair on the pillow upon arrival - it's disgusting and made me doubt of the cleanness. The water was getting cold/hot and the water flow was also varying during shower. Towels are very thin.

Nice place to stay during a visit to Curitiba. Good localization, right next to Batel neighborhood and also next to Hard Rock Cafe, which is very good. Also its 10min walking away from downtown.

Missed the keys of my car in the parking lot and check in took half an hour. Those were tje negatives. Positive was the bed, shower and breakfast

It is a great hotel! You feel very safe in the city, very nice rooms, very good overall feel! Only missed the fifth star because it doesn't have a jacuzzi, and room service could have been better.
