Atendimento na recepção na parte da noite muito bom, durante o dia razoável. Atendimento no estacionamento sempre bom é seguro. Café da manhã honesto. Ar condicionado do quarto muito bom. O problema é ficar em frente ao que parece um bando de wallking dead

The Room should have more furniture, like a desk, a chair. The air conditioning was noisy.

Awesome breakfast, wide room and very nice shower. Towels had a weird smell though. Location is near many touristic places, but its surroundings are dangerous. I don't recommend walking from the hotel to anywhere.

First time in Brazil, First time Rio. Stayed at the Diamond hotel one night 2 days.I have to say looks can be very devising. I was soo excited to stay at my first Brazilian Hotel. The hotel room was very beautiful , but as I settled down i discovered the filth hiding every where. I new painting job was much needed. Under the bed was terribly dusty and the floors were dirty. I woke up and there were tiny ants in the bed. I shared a room with 3 of my friends they didn't seem to mind. but the bathroom was the WORST ! There was moldy tile and mildew everywhere! At first it seemed cool because it was a spa (bathtub) but it looked like it hadn't been clean in YEARS, i was soo scared to take a shower , also the controls were very had to use, one minute the water was freezing the next it was scalding hot !Strangely the chaperones I stayed with had a normal shower, it looked clean too. the only thing i enjoyed was the breakfast. Im sorry but i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It needs ALOT of work. (Rm 506)

Former motel and maybe still is. Large room, but full of bugs, specially in the toilet, smelled mold. Terrible cleaning, not to say NO cleaning, found 2 roaches in the hall. 200 bucks thrown in the garbage can.
