Can't fault the location. Steps away from metro, good restaurants, and a 5min the beach.
Helpful staff and comfortable beds.
Hotel is in a pretty good location. Not too far from the copacabana beach. There are several shops and restaurants around hotel,
Charged us a fee to check in early, my phone and credit cards were stolen nyeve at beach and when i came to hotel and asked for help to use phone or services to reach bank the front desk clerk said i had to.wait til morning manager arrives later that day.on top of that I asked for ice and they charged me for it. I stayed 3 nights checking out on 4 th day and paid close to 1,000 us dollars to stay here.
Excellent service
Room was ok. Had trouble with the shower, that was not getting warm enough. Breakfast was good.
Hotel is in a pretty good location. Not too far from the copacabana beach and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Rooms are average. Not a fancy hotel, but a good one and the staff is professional. The breakfast buffet has good variety of fruits, bread, eggs, cereals, coffee, juice, etc.
Front desk was a little unpolite at first. Good service and breakfast. One elevator seemed to be turned off at all times.
Excellent location, there are several shops and restaurants around it, a metro station in front and just four blocks away from the beach. The employees are really nice and helpful.
Fine hotel, good service and 5 min. walk from Copa beach. Metro station accross the street.
Very good value for the price. The location is very good, 10 to 15 minutes walking to copacabana beach. The rooms are nice and clean but it is a little noisy.
Very good service and acomodation. In addition the location is pretty good as well
horrible horrible horrible. We were robbed by the staff of the hotel, probably the maid. The management told me that is was our fault because we did not lock up our money in the safe. The safe btw has an additional charge. We were treated absolutely horribly by the front desk staff, there is no hospitality here. We witnessed the hotel manager "Cesar" verbally insulting a group of asian tourists in Portuguese thinking that nobody could understand him. This place is literally the worst hotel we have ever stayed at in our lives. Upon checkout we received an additional bill for our friend who stopped by for about 15 minutes occasionally (was staying at the hotel next door), this policy we were not informed of at all. This hotel has shady practices, stay away!!
I stayed here while working in Rio. Yes, it's not just a holiday town.
The staff here are friendly but usually busy so don't expect them to pander to your every whim.
Learn a little Portuguese and you will get better service. Breakfast was included and was very good.
