Hotel bem localizado, acomodações limpas e confortáveis. Tive problemas com o chuveiro somente.

Our experience was quite bad, it doesn't have the condition to be a four star hotel, the sheets bed aren't changed everyday and they are old and not well washed, the bathtub is old and rusty. The description in the web site isn't real neither true.

The bathroom have some minor problems, I a a had issue with an elevator that wasn't going down. The breakfast has few options. But in general was okay. No BIG problems, and for the price, totally worth it

Participando de um evento localizado no salão de festas, provavelmente, estive em boas mãos. Local agradável e receptivo. a palestra sobre os 100 anos da Revolução Russa foi maravilhosa. Foi servido até mesmo um cafezinho especialmente para os que alí estavam participando. Uma experiência muito boa. A única questão problemática que fiquei sabendo foi em relação ao estacionamento. A van que estavamos não podia ficar onde estava,mas sequer foi convidada a se retirar para ficar em outro lugar. E quando foram pagar o estacionamento que ficou do lado de fora (note que nem dentro), foi dito que o funcionário seria demitido ou algo do tipo. Espero mesmo que isso tenha se resolvido é que o hotel possa ser bem democrático.

Hotel antigo com instalações que necessitam de manutenção urgente, e reforma geral noutras. Exemplo: privadas antigas que gastam muita água e vazam. Banheira antiga que ao ser utilizada para banho comum gasta muita água. Frigobar danificado. Pia o banheiro com vazamento. Hotel ao ficar lotado sequer troca direito as toalhas e amenidades do banheiro. Pontos positivos são a localização (defronte ao complexo gastronômico Famiglia Mancini) e o preço médio-baixo.

The lobby looked promising but it was a ruse. No internet, no towels and the nuts in the mini bar were stale. Staff were nice enough but not particularly effective. Stay away.

Bathtub leaking, no towels at the first day. WiFi disconnects and you need to call reception to reset everyday. Bad customer service also.

The corridor has a rug very old, as the instalations in the bedroom. I like the hotel and the place but certainly needs a improvement!
