Dated design, good location but bathrooms smelled bad, like faeces, but helpful staff, very short breakfast opening hours

Not that what we have expected. There were not a lot guests in the hotel and they had no time to clean up our room. If other guests are on their balcony they can watch you on the toilet if you have a room in the corner. Payment only in cash. Breakfast was OK. You can have a cheaper hotel with the same view.

Yes, the view is very nice but there's the same in cheaper hotels next door.
We paid 260 bol for one night, very expensive for what it was.
The room was nice and clean, with a balcony and view on the lake.
BUT that's it. NO HOT WATER. Well, my boyfriend burnt himself for ten seconds and then froze, hot water was gone. I couldn't take a shower before the next day. We waited for one hour in the evening because I wanted to shower before going out tohave dinner the receptionnist assured us the hot water was going to be back but it never did. And we heard someone in a room not far asking for hot water too.
It was a joke. On top of that, the toilet was in plastic and when we sat on it, it broke. And the flush did not work.
Really, go somewhere else, it's a shame to ask such an expensive price for such a poor service.

The view is breathtaking. The staff is nice ! The warm water is much appreciated after long touristic days ! I highly recommend

Lots of value for your money at this middle-segment priced hotel. Friendly, attentive and helpful staff, clean rooms with good views over the lake, comfy beds, heating in room and a great hot shower. Good breakfast included too.

El lugar esta excelentemente ubicado. La vista es impresionante. El desayuno es genial.
Casi me electrocuto con la ducha. Al ser de tan alta calidad, no pueden tener esos calentadores.

The view is spectacular, but everything else about this hotel was dissappointing cold/ luke-warm water from the shower, useless wifi, waiting 30 mins for breakfast service luckily we got a cheap deal. Don't expect too much
