  It‘s okay to stay 1-2 nights! staff is friendly and helpful! rooms are cold and wifi is only working in the lobby. but warm shower!

  It was fine, but not great
  
  The staff were not very warm or inviting! The decor needs a lot of work. At 7:30am they play music (pan pipes) in the corridors so not great for those wanting to sleep a bit longer. The WiFi hardly works. Just not an inviting or cosy room. You could here everything in other rooms and on the street below.

  We stayed 2 days and we payed over 100$. First of all the staff was very unpolite and they didn't have electricity when we arrived. The showers don't work properly. Not hot water. The TV signal is very bad and just few channels work. The wifi is very slow or doesn't work at all. At the end they tried to fraud us blaming us to steal some blankets and threatening us to call the police, they went through out bags When was obvious that the cleaning guys hide them.
  Not a place to relax.

  We got welcomed by a grumpy lady at the reception and when we requested to first see the rooms, were taken upstairs by an employee. When I sleep on a bad mattrass, I get back problems, so I need to check the mattrass I'm supposed to sleep on before deciding to stay at a particular hotel, or not. When I touched the bed and sat on it for a moment, the employee said "No haga destrozos." ("Don't wreck things.") So we left, in search of a friendlier place, which we managed to find.

  Hotel e restaurante em frente ao Porto, não nos hospedamos, a comida e boa, servem um excelente truta fresca criada no lago Titicaca. O hotel possui uma série de quadros e recordações de times de futebol do mundo todo.

  Nice view of the lake. We liked the decoration, hot shower and nice breakfast.
  
  They could improve the training of their personnel. They don't provide a quality service. It appears they don't actually care if you stay there or somewhere else, if you're comfortable or not!
  
  But probably that's the case on most of the hotels, so the sight makes it up.

  Ate twice in the restaurant. Big choice and very tasty. However I got food poisoned at the second time when eating a steakwouldn't go back.
