I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to Mr. Abdul Redha, Lexus representative for his professionalism in dealing with his customers. He was very cooperative and welling to do his best to satisfy his customers. in addition to that; he is always in-touch with his customers to update them about their car condition.

I'm a car guy and I know I'm still too young to drive but I was seeing what I would use for my first cars years in advance so I know that not a lot of people would go there to look at the cars because they would usually visit the showroom but I still had a good time and all the staff there are extremely polite and if you would go there to have your car serviced you could always inspect the cars on display in order to kill time.

Friendly staffs and great service. But I think they need to look at the prices of service and parts because if you compare with other service garage it's big different.. also they need to introduce service packages like other companies.

A car service place and a car agency, Toyota and lexus to be specific، there is a large waiting area, with a tv and magazines if you are waiting for your car, there is a coffee shop inside, Caribou coffee shop, not bad to spend time to wait for your car finish service, not too committed to timing, but helpful staff and workers, nice viewing of the service area in the waiting lounge.

The plaza is beautifully built and has a nice sitting area to wait for your car getting serviced especially for lexus owners

The waiting is so long just to hand over your car for service. No point taking an appointment. You'll end up waiting for half an hour or more

A large comfortable lounge for customers to relax and have a complimentary coffee or tea and free WiFi as well, good transportation facility Incase you need it they provide a shuttle bus for various places around Manama.
The only negative is the prices are too much.

Always helpful to deal with your cars on the Lexus side. A complimentary shuttle service is available but phone in advance. The traffic at the location is a nightmare.

I have never seen a better service. I travel from Saudi to service my car in Bahrain. I call this a luxury service center.
The staff there are just very nice and professional.
I am really amazed. They care about the customer and they are so honest.

Well established Toyota Service Center yet too pricey,as a Toyota Sequoia owner I've heard from people own Lexus cars that their Car Service prices are much better than Toyota's ( this center is for both Toyota & Lexus )
