  Worst Nissan Center in bahrain, if possible always go to the sitra branch, The staff in this branch unprofessional and overcharge.

  I keep calling and the lady just transfer to spare parts and nobody is answering.
  also they are over priced, just seeing a lady customer they hit the price so over.

  Im go there to buy a battery for my Ford explorer and i paid by Visa after that i see the battery it is old and recycled and im sure the battery is used then he bring another one but same the first battery Dont change your car battery before u check the battery is a new one!!!

  I will not recommend taking your car there because they will over charge you and they are not as specialized as the agency. There are a lot of things that can be done in the agency service only and they can't do.
  
  be-careful when dealing with the agent as he will try to manipulate you. I asked for the explanation for the overly priced service, the agent tried to manipulate me with talk and when I asked for a written breakdown of things that will be changed with the prices, he didn't provide claiming that it doesn't exist which sounds ridiculous. I also asked for the history of my car and the parts that have been changed he also refused to provide details although he has them given that both are under YK Al-moayed.
  
  I am not trying to put the blame on the employees there because I know they are given certain instruction and to be fair they were nice but I dislike how this place is being run.
  
  Given all the things and the shady attitude, I canceled my service and I am going to take to the agency or anywhere else because the attitude

  I went once to service our Nissan Altima and they surely over charged me heavily for some engine flushing job, Only later I came to know from close contacts that they are known for overcharging, I hope I never have to deal with them again, will go to the Main Nissan Service Center at Sitra instead for maintenance
