Poor customer service, never return the calls or fulfilled the commitment. AXA Insurance is much better than this insurance company.

great staff, friendly and helpful, however there's should be more staff on the front disk only two can't cut it! I had to wait for more than 25 mins which is bad as there were not a lot of customers! However it deserve 5 stars for the professional help I received from the lady worker, it's rare these days to find staff who don't take it slow, check there phones.. she took her job and company standards seriously although she was under pressure big thanks to her! If you read this please keep up the good work

Very Bad customer service , there are 5 counters but only 2 are working and i have been waiting for 10 minutes and the same customer are setting on the counters, due this 10 minutes i have tried to reach the call center .. from the 5th time they respond saying ask the people in the branch ! Mor ethan 10 people are waiting and no chair to set

Very bad customer service when you do accident and no one pick up the phone from accident department. They said will communicate with you but nothing you get later.
