I just joined Health Watchers and I’m extremely happy so far with the experience. I met with a very knowledgeable Nutritionist (very hard to find in Bahrain), received very good advice. Now the food, is DELICIOUS, makes you want to eat healthy ALL THE TIME! I tried 2 other companies in Bahrain that do the same thing, and by far this is the most delicious and fresh option!

i"ve been on and off health watchers for over 5 years, it started off as losing weight, then after that i maintained my weight with their meals, and right now i'm on business lunch cause their food is so good and healthy, and their prices are affordable as well. 10/10 don't think i'll ever stop my subscription.
