When Dr.Aishah Khalid attended me for my medical check up I was very comfortable and feel pleasure!i didn’t hesitate to ask her anything and she gave her best advise to me which is I am very satisfied!Addtional for that even she finished her duty but she wait for me until I finished my laboratory test and she gave me the proper description of medicine which I will take!i extend my thanks to you doc!
For her assistant thanks also for the friendly approach!

One of the worst hospitals ever. It shouldn't even be called a hospital or a medical centre. To give someone emergency care they don't nt allow. My mother who couldn't breath, we asked them to help.. They said they couldn't do anything.. This is coming from a medical centre that's supposed to help people. They couldn't even given an oxygen mask. I do not care if it's affordable if u cant help a sick person your as good as useless. I pray everyday that it shuts down. If you wish to live I highly suggest you avoid this place at all costs.

Service Quality is Worst ever , staff is very much unprofessional , No body wants to listen from doctors to paramedics staff .There is a huge problem of parking in that area and their parking staff talk like criminal .Dun have ethics to talk .

They once gave me an injection that made me completely uneasy and very sick. It's called a "life-saving drug" but it made me really sick and didn't help my symptoms either. Another doctor at a different hospital informed me that this happens when dirty needles are used. So please make sure that they use clean and sterile needles.

To whom it may concern,
This is to call your attention about the incident that happened to my son this afternoon. Around 4:19 in your hospital Room 24, my son was checked in 2 MINUTES and prescribed to be injected for his fever and joint paint.
A skin test was made before the nurse injected my son.
After 1 hour, I dropped my son to his flat, he had experience red eyes, swollen face and difficulty in breathing.
Why it happened, i was puzzled? His superior brought my son back to your Shifa Center and injected again at our expense.
Is it justifiable that the Center will charge the patient again due to the fact that the one first injected to my son was not compatible? Good that my son was rushed urgently.
Hope in the future, please be careful and please have a heart in every single fil that your patient is paying is worth living for.
Health is wealth and every life is important and valuable to a parent like me.
