Suite was spacious enough and looked grand upon entry but most of the furniture was either dirty or not properly maintained. The sofa was dusty and chairs had not been cleaned for a while. The WiFi was getting disconnected frequently and most of the time it was unavailable. Even after multiple calls to reception nothing improved during a 1 month stay.
They never bothered to check for the room service tags and had to be reminded to finally get service. Food was average but not worth the price. Even after raising above concerns regarding stay they never seemed to be interested in maintaining any kind of customer satisfaction, extremely unlikely to stay again.

Good location, good and wide apartments, well furnitured, friendly staff. But: service should be improved. Towels are provided on request! I advise to bring your own towels as the ones provided look old, though they r clean. Safe box is not convenient. Breakfast is not impressive and restaurant space is small.
