It was a memorable day for my family. The receptionist name Jessica was accomodating and her hospitality was amazing considering a busy weekends. Hats off to her. The Manager named Fathi assisted me and send me message “I hope all is well” that makes you feel special. The lifeguard that was handson to every child while at the pool, He assures that there will be no injuries that will occur. The Room boy who assist me of course due to curiosity how to use the card to access the lifts and rooms. The security guard who assisted me to park my car. Facilities and Rooms was excellent. Thanks for a memorable day stay we left with a smiling face. Kudos to all of you. Room 3333

We stayed in Seef Residence for almost 20 nights in April 2018. The apartment size is fairly good and the furniture as well, kitchen was well equipped and what was missing it was provided to us with no problems at all. At the check in there was no washing machine in the apartment, but after requesting it, guys installed it in no time. Kids club was okay, mostly empty dough, probably because it is overpriced, if it would be a bit cheaper it would be more visited I am sure. Some toys and chairs are broken, even sharp, but we were warned on time by staff.
Overall, the staff was always happy to listen and help whatever is needed. It is convenient to have the restaurant with the bar, although after initial 5 days being very happy with the restaurant, the food decreased in quality.
I would recommend Seef Residence, especially to families, we would be happy to stay there again.

Absolutely awful!! I booked a room by phone and was confirmed one day before check in. One I got there, my booking was arbitrarily cancelled!! Two other people walked in minutes after me and had exactly the same problem!! Their booking was just simply cancelled!!
Either their front desk and reservation staff is completely unqualified or, and that is what I believe, they're playing games by overbooking!

When someone comes without reservation they charge him the maximum possible by cancelling the bookings of other people.
This is not a hotel , it looks more like a mafia!

I had to look for something else during a very busy weekend because of these stupid, incompetent people. Almost all hotels were fully booked.

Excellent rooms, beautiful lay out. The room service can be difficult to order to if you only speak English. But the service is bar none.

If we want to visit bahrain 🇧🇭 this is the best hotel for our family, more than 4 times we stayed at elite residence,welcoming friendly staff , the apartment is clean large well maintained , great view to swimming pool,great breakfast , near to seef mall,,, really recommend this hotel 👌🏻👌🏻

Elite seef is a reasonably well maintained hotel residence in Bahrain. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Kitchen equipped with oven fridge and washing machine. Good if family occupies the room. Can their own cuisine if they bring grocery items. Bathrooms are fitted with modern accessories. Around 30 minutes from airport

Consider changing the room furnishing and make it a bit more modern.
The furniture give it the same feel as a furnished apartment.
Considering people are coming there to relax, the furnishing is a turn off.

It's my home in Bahrain. I love the peaceful atmosphere there. Two suggestions I can add:

1. frequent guests (aka Elite Seef family members) should have a special rate.
2. I tried to have a breakfast on the second day, but the restaurant receptionist made a phone call and then said " Sorry, your booking doesn't include breakfast. If would like, pay BD 5.0 and come"
My comment: If I were him, I'm gonna say: Welcome home, the breakfast is in the house, Mr. Ali. That good memory and acceptance will influence my decision when it comes to choosing between hotels in Bahrain on my next visit.

Nice Service Overall Hope to be back again with larger family from Nigeria if we can get the Visa, because Bahrain Visa is so so hard to get. But we all enjoyed our stay at Elite Seef Hotel rooms 4429 and 4431.

From the moment I checked in I was pleased by the fine furnishings and pleasant atmosphere of the Elite Seef Residence & Hotel. All of the staff and management made my visit perfect.even providing transportation to and from my place of business for this trip! I wish it was possible for me to stay longer. I strongly recommend this hotel!!!

I really love staying at the Seef and have been here many times. It is ideal for families and couples who prefer a peaceful break. The rooms at the Seef are large and well equipped with washing machine, full family size fridge and cooking facilities. Great for young families.
The hotel is in walking distance of the Seef mall, Bushido and Trader Vic's plus many wonderful restaurants.
The staff at the hotel are friendly and attentive. They seem to be part of a good team.
I love the spa at the hotel too, the treatments are thorough, authentic and relaxing.
On site there is also a gym, hairdresser, coffee bar, restaurant, children's play area, pool and great bar.

Parking was good but passages were a little tight for my car.
Staff was very polite and helpful. Never attempted to wait or ask for tips.
Pool is safe and clean
Changing rooms are very clean and have excellent facilities and showers
Bar was cozy and nice but prices a little on the high side
Breakfast was very good and staff are very polite, helpful and courteous
Party on the second day of eid was nice and singers very professional but atmosphere was not very cheerful due to lack of customers and little variety of programs
Food was very good and variety was adequate
Front desk staff are very efficient and helpful
Location is excellent
Kitchenette could be better with some additional stuff like coffee cups and kettle, etc.

Food was too bad in taste and presentation, I ordered beer from room service, they bring it in a plastic bag. Very uncivilized manner. I would rather bring my own drink next time, if there is a next time.

Had a pleasant stay at the Elite Seef Residence. The rooms were comfortable and the staff responsive and friendly. We had forgotten some of our things in the room and they traced and handed them back to us the next day after our check out. Overall Good place to stay !

Housekeeping was good and helpful. Breakfast items are not fresh and limited. Coffee is bad. restaurant staff are not welcoming same as reception staff. restaurant smell is not good.
In overall, I feel that the hotel is not clean. toilets near the pool smell bad. location is perfect.

Everything was Great except the breakfast experience was not so good as it took them 15 min to get us clean cups and much delay in re-filling the empty dishes.

Not the first time at the hotel and for sure not the last time.
Super attentive staff, conveniently located hotel, room was super spacious. Just a quick note: bathroom has a small 'phone cabin' kind of shower and not a bathtub.

Everyone in this hotel works to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We had 100% exceptional service 100% of the time. Room service and Housekeeping were prompt and polite and fulfilled all our requests right away.

Great service, convenient location, close to Seef Mall. Very friendly staff who are willing to go the extra mile to help. A well stacked multi gym with trainers and locker facility available. Poolside bar gets active during evenings and weekends. There is a provision cum food store open 24*7 near the main entrance.
