What I liked: Facility is quite and nearby the malls.

What I didn't like: No internet as suppose to and cleaness was not up to expectations. I thought everything will be ready when I arrive, but I kept asking for. When I highlighted the internet issue I expected to be resolved immediately but I left and the issue wasn't resolved. One of the staff yield to my son when he was crying and no action was taken against, but I took the necessary action by myself :). Breakfast was not up to expectations. I requested to make Omlet and waffle but they don't have

This hotel is so so terrible place. It is full of escorts. No security. No cleaning. Horrible service. They don't care about customers at all. And the high point was the accident i was involved in at this place. As they don't have a security, i was attacked by drunk crazy man and they didn't even try to help me. I was screaming and ask for security, but NO ONE came. The only person who came was manager Wael Hamdy. What he did is just told me to stop shouting and do the check out. He also blackmailed me with police. I had to run from this place immediately and they didn't even give me all my clothes and stuff from room and of course money. I paid them 100 BHD for 4 nights and I didn't get nothing. NEVER EVER even look at this hotel!

3-bedroom apartment is very nice apartment clean and comfortable next to Al Waha Mall. The apartment is equipped with all needed to spend long period kitchen tools, washing machine, etc.

The worst hotel ever there was a very bad oder coming from the drainage of the main bedroom toilet. I called them about it thy told me this bad oder is in all the hotel,thy just but something to cover the oder but it didn't help. So to solve this mater i closed the drainage with a plastic bag so it can be removed by them .
