It was a lot of fun snorkelling as there were lots of large crabs, but afterwards we wanted to do some water sports to only find out that they were closed and to add onto the disappointment we wanted to go kayaking but the area where we were allowed to kayak was far too small, I would really like to see improvement soon.

Awesome place to hangout .. Changed a lot in 2 years .. Price is changed slight up for weekend before 5 now 8 bd. Improvement you can bring your own food and drinks even on public beach. Lots of water sports now than before .. 1 point I got disappointed there is no longer overnight stay. Conclusion more improved island.

Very nice. Improved a lot over the years
Water is shallow. Wear shoes in the sea plenty to cut your feet on.
Staff friendly and the sea taxi is great. Do not forget your passport or CPR card ID needed 100% sure on that fact

Nice place to visit. I recommend going here in groups. The food here is provided by Jack and Joe’s, slightly expensive but great stuff. Staff is very polite and professional. You will love it

Prices keep going up, wait times too. Food on the island is horrible, and not many areas to cool off. Prepare to deal with a few drunk people too. The location is amazing though. Use to be a good fishing spot.

one of the best things to do in Bahrain. Jet ski is offered here around 25BD per 30 minutes and 40 BD per hour, but be careful as Jet ski is available from 9 in the morning till 5 in the evening.

Courteous staff, boat ride to the island is available every 30 mins & it's completely worthwhile.
The beach isn't good enough - murky waters. The services offered are decent right from the beach huts to the restaurant.
Food is overpriced & it is better if u can carry some.

Al Dar Islands Office is the place from where all your process regarding reaching to Al Dar Island is done. Staff is effective and professional. There is a car parking area, where you can drop your car and board boat to Al Dar Island. All these formalities will be done by Island staff. Also you need passport for verification and record to visit Al Dar Island. Nice view for the jetty. Must visit place.

As name suggest its a island off coast Sitra. Boat services are at frequent interval during day time to take you to the Island . Hut/ cottage options are available. The rest chairs are available at a nominal cost of 1 BD. The sea is not that deep, but requires cleaning and free of green algae. Food is expensive on island .

This is a quiet place. Older island and customs Office is here which is very cooperative. We went for 1 hr dolphin watching boat ride which was fun and got a chance to. See dolphins. Though they don't take you too much deep in sea but it is enjoyable.

Quite and outside of the city well organized island less than 10 minutes from the shore of Sittrah by boat. Worth to visit during the week to avoid crowd and to have relax stayactually the food corner needs to be improved and have more choices than the burger and sandwiches the place was clean and safe with a nice warm staff there are limited number of chalets like 6 and plenty of hutes with different types. Just decide and give it a visit.
