I paid for a service that was not delivered. I went to the meeting point, even a couple minutes earlier, and I saw no van, no gathering, nothing. I called the company listed, and they claimed to have waited ten extra minutes, as I am on the phone with them, I tell the lady on the other end that is impossible because it was 9:07am.. How can you wait ten minutes after the meeting time if only seven have passed? I then tell her that I can walk to the next meeting point, but she tells me this is no good. I get insulted and accused of lying, my day is ruined, and it is my last day in Bulgaria.
