Excellent coffee, salads and sandwiches. The service is top, very helpful staff. The place is small and has a cozy feeling. Very popular as a lunch break option for professionals working nearby.

Great small family hotel. The rooms are not great, but prices are low, the location is perfect and in the lobby is a great healthy restaurant.

Rooms are too small. Wardrobe is too small for placing clothes, there is only space for additional pillow and covers. Room was filthy and bathroom had flies and mosquitoes. No direct sunlight from the window. On the windows we have doves nest, which have really bad smell! It should be renamed from three dolphins to three doves! I'm giving three stars because of the sandwich bar at this hotel and the good location in Varna!

I happen to have visited the small restaurant at the lobby of the hotel three times in the past 4 days and I am in love with it. They have well trained stuff, great variety of salads, sandwiches drinks and fabulous wine. The owner is the sweetest and most polite man ever. The atmosphere is very nice, homey . It feels like I am sitting in someone's living room - a great host with fantastic taste. It is very casual, it can also be used for one on one business meetings. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Varna.
