We arrived yesterday evening and disappointment was MAXIMUM !!!
Pictures and presentations on various travel sites including the resort's site are a real fraud!!
At the price we paid, the conditions and especially the services are well below the 5 * displayed.
Only accommodation is 4 *, instead the restaurant is 2-3 *, 3 * swimming pools, and the conditions of the beach are fir 2*.
After a year of work, we wanted to relax in luxury and without any stress, but we received a holiday in conditions where we no longer leave since college.
We are a family with a 12-year-old boy, we have traveled a lot, and nowhere have we met such a difference between what is being promoted and what is actually being offered.
The restaurant is small, full of flies, with little diversified food. The offer includes a late breakfast between 10-11. Today we arrived at the table just before 10 o'clock, there was almost nothing, we were hardly able to put anything on the plates, but I asked for late-breakfast. We were told that we had some cupcakes and juice, that is to say, LATE BREAKFAST at 5 * !!!!
At the beach we have plastic beds, WITHOUT MATTRESS, towels and umbrellas (straw) are "thong", as my husband says, that is VERY SMALL!
I asked the room with seaview, upper floor, we got a room on the 1st floor, with a road that passes very close to our balcony and the view to the sea is partial, on the one hand.
Swimming pools are a joke !!! They have a little larger basin in the complex, and the pool they said that is indoor, actually has the retractable ceiling and is used as an outdoor pool. The one with lower thermal water is in the Spa complex and must be paid extra to have access to it, as well as to the Jacuzzi, sauna and so on.
There is also a "mini" pool in front of the beach bar, like those we buy from the hypermarket for the garden.
The rooms inside are OK, but I still had a problem because I asked for a double bed and I received two adjoining beds and because of my health problems I can not sleep on the edge of the mattresses or even without feeling my husband .
If I could want the money back.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT!!! AND IN REALITY IS A 3* RESORT!!response / report this review -

Отвратително обслужване в ресторанта. Час и половина чакане за салата. 35 минути чакане за напитките. И това при предварително платено меню за вечеря. Цените са тройни на нормалните за изискан ресторант, а обслужването е под нивото на това в кварталната кръчма. Не препоръчвам ако смятате да им ползвате ресторанта!
