Great view and good breakfast, but unfortunately thats it.. staff is rude and unprofessional, I stayed there for 2 nights and on the day of my check out i go to my car to find that both of my mirrors have been stolen. I go to reception to discuss the situation, when I realize that there's 2 more cars that have stolen mirrors. We talk to the manager and whoever is responsible in the hotel, but we don't get any help or understanding from their side. Not just that, they decided to blame us for not parking in their underground parking which nobody knew existed, because they didn't tell any of their guests about, instead they told us to park infront of the hotel. Not just that there is no security cameras whatsoever, if you're not staying in the main building their is absolutely no safety guaranteed for the guests or the cars, doors are open 24/7 no guards and of course security cameras dont exist( who needs them)

We spent 2 nights i can only say waste of perfect nature and view cleaning left our door open arrogant lobby manager more arrogant and disrespectful hotel manager 3 cars including ours were being robbed from hotel parking and hotel does not have security cameras so they didn't accept any responsibility and even laughed at the situation good luck for new clients suggest to not go with car and dont leave anything in the room.

Amazing view, very good and comfortable hotel with warm pool!
Very good breakfast and good dinner.

Haven't really spent a night there yet, but it was great. We only had a tour to check things out for a corporate Christmas party setup. It's just what we were looking for and I can't wait. Decent prices, by the way, if you wish to book for yourself or family. Great view there too.

Great stay because it was during the ski season. However, apart from that it wasn't much better than in a pension of 2-3* in Romania. I think they totally deserve 3.3* and not yet 4*.

Worst heating ever to be found in a hotel. Unforgetable experience with very low temperatures. The people at the reception desk was replying that they will take care of that, probably they are still taking care of it ! Furthermore there was No professional attitude as far as the hotel manager is concerned during check- in regarding some error from the travel agency. The error was theirs actually and she tried to blame the agency. I called the police and said I will inform the Bulgarian authorities. ONLY then the manager took the trouble to just make a simple phone call to arrange everything with the travel agency. PLEASE if you value yourself AVOID this so-called hotel AT ALL COST. You must consider yourself warned. Negative Ranking (-).

Some good features, like spa center and view from the rooms. Worth mentioning: unattended child area, accommodation is partially in different buildings, buffet dinner includes no drink, personnel speaks some English but they are helpful.
Most disappointing was that at 10.00 sharp they shutdown the breakfast area including the water dispenser, even if when there's a long queue.response / report this review -

IT IS A PERFECT PLACE FOR RELAXING. VERY CLEAN ROOMS AND EXELLEND SERVICETHE BREAKFAST AND THE DINER WANT'S SOME IMPROVΕMENT.
