  Stayed for a week with all inclusive. At first it's a bit difficult to figure out when and where you can get food drinks ect., But after a few days you'll get the hang of it. Decent food, nice staff.
  Pool area is nice, but needs some new mosaic here and there.
  Limited cocktail options unless you want to pay extra

  Property is nice from outside and all the pools and amenities are well maintained. We were in Delta 2 building and it is at best 3.5 🌟. Food was average but with the plenty of choices there would be something good for almost anyone's taste. We tried the Mediterraneo restaurant and the food we tried wasn't great but not bad. Service was great throughout the property. Seems the food service staff get trainings and is well monitored. At times they over do their duties like grabbing food trays from the buffet area right in front of an approaching hungry guests :-)/cut off time for service was due/ but nothing offensive. A small complaint was the inability of our receptionist or the main Sigma reception to book us dinner for the next day for the Grillhouse restaurant./it requires a day in advance reservation and we tried at 4:05pm and it was 5 minutes too late :-). I guess Bulgarian guests don't get any preferences for being 5 min late to the party.
  The place could be much better if the outdoor activities are a bit better organized but all the kids there seemed to enjoy. It is really a kids paradise and should focus on this even more. My wife used the SPA and the lady that checked her skin out had a great knowledge and recommendation for the proper treatment for her.

  On the beach. Great selection of food. Very safe for kids. Friendly staff, rooms are spotless and spacious. Lots of places to explore on bikes. Nice boardwalk along the coast to the old town.

  Hotel where u will not be stuck in the same rutine everyday. There are many different restaurants, pools beach area, hotel entertainment and much more. Lovley place.

  Looks big. I've seen Turkey better hotels. Here in Pomorie it's biggest.
