  Beautiful views, well kept resort areas, but the hotel part was disappointing! No value for money whatsoever! The room was full of dust and spider nets, the all inclusive offering extremely poor. Needs more attention on customer service too! Very far from any 4*/ 5* hotel we have visited.

  Amazing: - view of the Black Sea
  Good: - resort overall look
  - outdoor pools
  - parking lot
  - room space(big rooms)
  Poor: - amenities: - kids play club is basicly a room with a few toys and there is no such thing as a animation team; - only 10 sunbeds & umbrellas for a resort with around 250 rooms; - only 2 restaurants with low variety and not so good food; room cleaning is a joke(they dont replace used towels); - food!!!(very low variety)
  Awfull: - main restaurant: dishes are broken, service is bad, drinks come from a machine and taste awfull
  - service: - reception is rude and doesnt care about anything you ask;
  - in-room facilities(living room couch is a joke, things like door frames are falling apart and the carpets are dirty)
  - cleaning of the resort: all the windows and public areas are full of bird dumpings
  
  This is sold as a 5 star resort but, except the views, everithing is about 2-3 stars.
  Will never recommend it.

  Great clean beach, clean pools
  GREAT green areas, trees and flowers in the complex
  Cons:
  Barely ok service in the restaurant
  Average food
  Mold in the room , can be cleaner.
  Black marks on the walls from chairs etc
  Hair in the syphon

  It's a 5-star hotel, but it's overrated. The location is far from everything and if you don't have a car, you will be stuck there.
