I went there three weeks ago and the staff were unfriendly to say the least food was called no microwave no toaster nothing there for kids ie no kids club no pool bar so they refused us to go in the bar inside reception because our swimming trunks were set not for family with children. We ate out quite abit which made our all inclusive holiday expensive. Staff didn't speak very very ignorant I've been to loads of destinations and never experienced this sort of ignorance.

Clean rooms, tasty and plenty of food, polite staff even if English is not their strong point. On the downside, the WIFI is quite bad, almost no signal in room, just in the dining room.

Отдых получился просто супер. Еда, выпивка по системе все включено- на высоте, мясных блюд, сладкого, фруктов очень много, не когда не заканчивались. Большой плюс бесплатый вход в аквапарк Кубань ( не большой но всеже есть) с отличными басеенами и аниматорами для детей, если отдельно просто вход стоит 15 лева. Один минус к морю топать минут 10-15, зато по пути можно городок посмотреть что-то купить по необходимости.
