Amazing place. Love it very much. Variety of services, nice resto with good food, affordable prices. Very chill and relaxing atmosphere to loosen up. Not usually crowded even on the weekends.

Don't bother with breakfast. Cold boiled eggs, congealed scrambled eggs, dried up fried eggs. Two kinds of breakfasts one for the footballer's and one for the others(minion's).

The pool is incredibly clean, water doesn't taste/smell like chemicals. Prices are reasonable and the views to Vitosha are astonishing.

I frequently book this hotel and would advise you to book their deluxe rooms, since the hotel seems to be going through renovation and the older rooms aren't their top priority. Rooms we're very warm and clean. Best use your car if you plan to stay at this hotel since it's far away from pretty much everything (free parking provided). Beds were comfortable, TVs had 30+ channels. The panoramic view to Vitosha mountain is astonishing. Fast internet service round the hotel. Quietl and cozy.

Непрофесионален персонал, пестят от енергия за подгряване на басейна, вървят само поп -фолк клипове на мониторите на уредите в фитнеса.
Водата е студена и след забележка на персонала да я стоплят получаваш отговор,че водата била такава.За цена от 30 лв. не мисля че това е професионално отношение.Ясно е че пестят пари и не топлят водата.Никой не смееше да влезе освен в миниатюрното джакузи.
Парната баня е под всякаква критика.Неравномерно и не интензивно разпределение на парата.Нямаше нито евкалипт ,нито мента.Само водна пара.Може и в къщи да си дишате пара на тенджъра ,поне е безплатно.
ароматната сауна миришеше на нищо.отново пестят от консумативи.
От сауната няма как да се оплачем, просто нямаше как да спестят пари от нещо,което трябва да е топло, освен ако не бяха намерили начин да го внушат.
Фитнесът беше невероятен,липсваше музика.
Интериорът на мястото е внушителен, приятна атмосфера.
Искам да подчертая че рецепцията на СПА беше пуста през цялото време.Жената стоеше някъде извън нея и трябваше да я чакаме докато се сети че някой има нужда от нея.
Обобщение.
Хубаво място, но не препоръчвам докато не оправят стандартите си.Интериор без съдържание.response / report this review
