The hotel, as such, is fine, but neighbours of Diter complain about its very bright neon sign. The Asparuh street is a very small and calm street in the heart of the city, mainly for living, not for business. "Diter"s neon sign is out of place at such a location. Neighbours complain that the sign disturbes their comfort during the nights. There are also rooms in the Diter hotel with windows nearby this neon sign, and accordingly, if you happen to get such a room, you will be sleeping bathed in ugly blue neon light all night long. Obviously the makers of Diter want visibility, not comfort, and do not take into account the effects of their business activity on the neighbourhood.
