Stayed there for two nights. Way overrated and overpriced. Staff has no clue about the city and local sightseeing. Their usual response was "we are not from here, we can't recommend anything". Rooms are spacious but are starting to age. Bathrooms are somewhat dirty - you can see all sorts of mold and dark spots starting to form around the edges of the floor. Restaurant food for breakfast and dinner was mediocre at best. Also overpriced for what you get in terms of quality. Spa was underwhelming and nothing to get excited about. Phone in the room did not work and the safety box was locked, so we didn't even bother asking the staff for help given prior experience with them.
This is not a five-star property by any means, not sure who awarded this rating.response / report this review -

Save your money and go somewhere else.
The advertised Panoramic Terrace is permanently closed for customers. With few exceptions the staff was not professional and friendly. The property is not maintained properly: the phone was not working, the drain under the shower was blocked, shower head holders were loose, tiles from the pool are missing, the girl in the nightclub was rude and did not provide good service to my guests, the personnel is chatting or texting on the phones instead of greeting the guests.response / report this review -

Room and hotel are very nice and clean but the food need some upgrade. I couldn't understand why at dinner I need to pay for tea or coffee. The massage is expensive.

High prices. Good quality service, food and venue, a bit below the expectations for 5* hotel.
Placed in Devin's city centre, it has great views and good city walk opportunities.response / report this review
