Not the best hotel, not the worst either. Not very clean, and bad selection of food. Rooms are a bit old, and the additional beds are uncomfortable.

Expensive cash in in the roulette 2euro per chip min.. Quiet disappointed for the only normal casino in town

Excellent hotel, the rooms were always warm, conveniently located ski depot. The only place in Bansko where I found Texas Hold'em Poker game. The Casino is world class!
