Great food, atmosphere and people!

Four of us ate here after meeting "Uncle George" on the street in Bansko; several days later we followed his recommendation and made the effort to find this delightful establishment. Tucked in the back streets of Bansko Old Town, it is well worth the visit. The ambiance was lovely, staff (family business) so gorgeous and welcoming and the food was to die for. Hearty, home-style Bulgarian food at its finest. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Uncle George's and would absolutely recommend all who visit Bansko to dine there too.

Délicieux ! Les plats servis sont très frais et vraiment très bien cuisinés. Nous sommes bien accueillis et tout ça dans une ambiance atypique avec petit feu de cheminée
