It s good quality hotel with big rooms

Don't book this hotel,bad service. Room carpet is filthy, no towels need to asking on front desk. No body lotion. The comforter's with nasty stain, need to ask them to wash ours because they do not have to replace. Big disappointing!

Overall I highly recommend the hotel. The rooms are very well designed and look very modern 5/5. The service on the reception and the staff in general are very friendly and supportive 5/5. The location is top center 5/5 and they have own parking although it is paid and sometimes full 4/5.
For me the only downside was the highly unprofessional staff working on the breakfast buffet. Two girls aged below 20 who do not speak any language other then Bulgarian and the only English speaking guy who answers with "what's up" when asked for something 2/5.
This is no deal breaker however and the other good points out the hotel fully compensate for this minor setback.response / report this review -

Relatively new hotel in good location right next to train station and city centre. Rooms are spacious, but the maintenance is clearly insufficient. Parking slots are very limited and sometimes you can stay without place even if you paid for it before (as the parking is shared with local administration and casino as well).

Good breakfast, clean bathrooms, nice people. NO WI-FI in the rooms (at 4th and 5th floor) which is not possible in a 4 star hotel in 2015.
Overall is a nice place in the center of Burgas, a bit old, with stuff that needs to be fixed.response / report this review -
