Absolute rubbish! Every year they stop the hot water to make planned reconstruction on the same places and they promise it will be for good because no stopping will occur, and they do the same again every year, they are stealing EU money , people tax money, and leave us in the top center of the city without any hot water whole summer every year, no compensation or whatsoever, and when you are late with billings they do not hesitate to sue you, moreover you cannot disclose and deny their forced service. This company should be investigated in EU court and people jailed , once and forever! I am so pissed. Robbers and criminals!

Avoid id you can!! People think it's cheaper than if you use electricity - in my experience that's not true at all. My bills are sky high, and now I won't have hot water for 2 months.

Never on time. Always having maintenances for ridiculous amount of time. Now they're apologizing once again on their website that there's a maintenance once again.

This is happening in the capital of Bulgaria folks. Imagine the other smaller parts of Bulgaria. It must be a living hell. I would never recommend anyone accepting a job offer in Bulgaria. This country is not worth existing.

апартамента ми е празен вече 6 години, но сметките продължават да иват всеки месец.
Преди да инсталираме радиоводомер твърдяха че нямало кой да ги пусне да отчетат водомера. След инсталирането му все същото, дори след последното отчитане. Напомнят ми на кварталният хулиган който ме причакваше пред СМГ-то преди години за да ме преджоби и да ми вземе стотинките за кифла. Само че този път действат костюмирани и под прикритието на закона. Само съдилище за такива!
