  Awful service, RUDE salesperson who started teaching me how the necklaces are properly put in the box when I wanted to return one. Lady, I wasn't there for a job interview. Also, there is no way you will ever see any money back, so make sure you really like what you buy/are willing to take only store credit, because they do not offer refunds under any circumstance. The lady told me this is company policy, which is curios given that Swarovski is an international company and this is 2017 and THERE's NO WAY THIS IS POSSIBLE. I was fooled into thinking this is a respectable retailer but the service is no better than a neighborhood store filled with knick-knacks. Now I am stuck with a piece of jewelry that cost over 100$ that I cannot wear and my impression of this brand is so negative that I don't want to ever wear anything with their name on it.
