  It's okay for a tech market. There's pretty much everything that you can ask for. The staff is a bit uneducated, though, being in the IT industry myself I've noticed that half the time they have no idea what they are talking about or are unaware that such features even exist and are stumped when you ask them a more complicated question.

  A very nice place to buy some electric devices. The only negative is that in some period of time the reorder the place and it's hard to find what you're searching for.

  Store chain motto is "Easy to choose" - unless of course you actually need the product you're buying to fit you, because you don't have the option of trying it on your hand (a FitBit Charge 2) - even though it's a sample. No idea why they would need a sample FitBit, when it's neither turned on, nor you can try it. Rude and uninterested staff.

  This is probably one of the worst shops to purchase electronics from in Sofia! For the last 2 months I purchased several moderately expensive items (Bluetooth headphones, Wi-Fi router and a monitor) and all of them were DoA straight out of the box. Once I returned to the shop a couple of hours later to inform the shop clerks about the issue, all of them were saying it was my fault the devices were faulty and I broke them!
  Awful customer service and generally a shop that DOESN'T care about its customers.
  
  I strongly encourage everyone to AVOID it at all costs!
