  They have clean bathrooms and a very cozy and beautiful lobby. Also they have almost everything inside rooms. But the staff was not that helpful (sometimes rude) And they had issues with the doors mechanism. Room service was totally incomplete.

  I wasn't guest of hotel, only have coffee and breakfast in lobby but it was great. Sofas are very comfortable, there is a chimney and cofee and pancakes are great

  The worst hotel ever pool water is cold .. too much small parking .. bar workers are too much arrogant no drinkable water this is garbage

  If you don't care entering a 4 star hotel lounge where everyone smokes like there is no tomorrow then this hotel is for you !!!
  The hotel is located a few minutes ride by car to the center of Bansko
  The rooms are ok (not more than that)
  The dinner is horrible (don't take a package that includes dinner, trouble you self to the city center and eat out side)
