Terrible service. Do not have access to the baby carriage that you have to carry over the sidewalk. They did not want to mix vegetables for baby dinner, told they are busy.

Started here as a part of a ski tour organised from the UK. It's a very comfortable hotel with decent WiFi and it was very cosy and very very warm. The facilities (sauna etc) are good too. The buffet had a decent range of food for breakfast and dinner and generally the service was very good. Zori on the front desk as exceptional in her customer service. I would stay here again. The pool might feel a bit cool, but that's because the pool room itself is very warm (close to 30°)

It's good but nowhere near a 4star hotel. Close to the city center. The pool is not as good as it seems. Water not hot enough

A great little shop 2 mins up the road.

Great hotel and great skiing trip despite the long queues for the gondola. Old part of Bansko has some great places to eat and drink.

Going fast downhill, this hotel has given up trying and the staff don't even bother to wear clean uniforms. Good if you're going for the skiing and plan to spend as little time and cash in the hotel.

Not really sure why this place has 4 stars next to its name (because it's not), but it's not so bad to be unworthy of your money.
Few things to note:
- The reception and staff are miserably under-qualified to serve people. They hung up on us multiple times, and when asked simple questions (like: are the towels in the pool area?) the answer was always "I don't know, ask them.)
- The are no safety boxes in the rooms! Not sure how a 4h star hotel can get its rating without having safety boxes in every room, but that is the case here. Safety boxes are available in the reception for a daily fee if about 10 BGN.
- Spa area is really nice, but the pool area if a bit small, and the jacuzzi is not heated.response / report this review -

Perfectly fine for a ski break, more like a 3* with some extra facilities, if this marketed itself as a 4* in the UK you'd raise an eyebrow. But breakfast great, rooms large, comfortable, clean, and staff efficient. It's great value for what we paid.

The restaurant quality is poor with abnormally high prices. The spa is not included in the room price. Rooms are ok. Location is good though and the lobby is nice with two fireplaces
