Good hotel with nice rooms but the staff is not too friendly and some of them don't speak English or Bulgarian only Russian, the food in the buffet is Russian kitchen

Very good hotel, but no free internet in the rooms, which is the only bad thing about the hotel i think.

The worst hotel I have ever been in my life! It is disaster from each point of view:
1) Service is awful, starting from the very beginning during the reception check in;
2) The room was dirty and smell on tobacco and even when I asked couple of times at the reception to be cleaned, they did not do anything!;
3) TV did not work;
4) Missing toiletries;
5) Many things in the room and hotel were broken, not working or just old;
6) The Food was very poor and prepared with chip ingredients;
7) The Ice and snow round the hotel and main entry points was not cleaned at all;
8) You pay for everything in addition: parking, internet, etc.
Definitely do not deserve its 4-stars, most probably 1 star hotel or even less.response / report this review
