Отвратителни условия. За 5 звезден хотел се оказа , че няма кърпи !!!! За храната няма да говорим . В коридорите до стола се търкалят мръсотии и салфетки от няколко дни. Персоналът все едно е наказан , че работи на това място.

Дъщеря ми беше на лагер в този хотел. Пълно разочарование. Хигена -никаква. Мърсотия навсякъде. Зеленясал външен басейн. Само кърпи за лице в стаите. Храната -оскъдна и под всякаква критика. Петна по чаршафи и покривки.Кошчетата не са изхвърляни 5 дни. Мизерия. Ако имаше минусова категоризация, то тя напълно би описала мястото.

не харесвам , че няма паркинг също така няма персонал които да те посрещне на входа не харесвам малките спа условия , не харесвам това че храната беше много зле , направо отвратителна , с две думи , няма да се върна там никога !

The hotel is situated amongst beautiful hills in the town of Devin. If you like spacious room book a junior suit as it has large windows and balcony. It is true that hotel needs renovation as some furniture has signs of wearing out. But the large pools, kid corners, SPA and quiet surroundings still provide value for families. Hotel can do for couples and business persons as well just be weary what room you book.The restaurants in the place are not the greatest so you may need to look around for alternative. The town has other places to offer check the neighboring hotels and restaurants . The staff is overall nice and helpful. Maybe the 5 stars raise expectations too much but the place has its merits.

It was a complete disappointment! It was beyond dirty. The carpet was stained and moldy. The bathroom was clogged and haven't been cleaned for a long time. It cannot be described even as a 3-star hotel. The breakfast was poor. On our second day the coffee machine was broken, so you had to buy your coffee from the lobby bar. We waited for 15 mins for somebody to come at the bar and make us 2 cups of cappuccino, which was abysmal. The staff is incompetent and sometimes rude. On our first evening we gave them some clothes for ironing. Since I wanted to make a reservation at a restaurant nearby(Uirucite @ Str. Oborishte- Highly recommend for some traditional meals) I called at reception to inform when the clothes will be ready. The receptionist snapped at me that they "will be ready soon, they didn't have magic wands". That kind of attitude is not acceptable even for a one star hotel. So my advice to everyone is - DON'T VISIT IT! (The sauna was good, though :) )
