Offers a variety of comforts, sadly almost all of them are outdated, from the plastic bath tubs to the lack of air ventilation in the bathroom and toilet. I'd suggest it to people looking for somewhere to stay for a few days and don't plan to stay inside for long.

Nice location in Borovets - just next to the lifts. But the hotel itself is old, although it has been renovated. There is a pretty old swimming pool and a nice looking spa, but its too small for the capacity of the hotel.
The food is the one thing that was just below the bottom level possible for the starts the hotel has. It was totally horrible, with a total lack of any taste.

Nice and all, with a cute pool and lift, and a possibly delicious dinner with desert and also breakfast except for the orange juice which wasn't orange juice at all, but the bathtub in our room was TERRIBLE. We wasted $106 levs for a plastic bathtub? I mean, everything else was great, but people should learn that "grand hotels" have grand bathtubs, not plastic. This is why I'm saying only 4 stars. I thought it would be 5 at first, but the rating is right!

The hotel was alright nothing special and the food also. The hotel has a massive lobby and the rooms where pretty standard. The location of the hotel was perfect though, it is a short walk to both main lifts. Borovet is a small ski resort and this hotel location was in between both main lifts.

The rooms are nice and comfy, though they don't seem that way when you first stumble at the door.
The elevators are a bit of a headache to stop at your floor and the food is ok.

the hotel staff are dreadful. The most unhelpful bunch of uninterested people. The hotel needs updating and is in such disrepair. I would not serve the food to my dog , it is disgusting. I will never return unless a gun is put to my head. An absoulte dump

Good value and extremely convenient. Less than 5min walk to chairlifts or gondola. And it has ski hire, ski school, bank, pool, bowling, restaurants and bars within the hotel. You can pick up your gear and be on the slopes 10mins after finishing breakfast!

Four stars because it was exactly as I expected, it's not modern, the catering isn't going to ignite your culinary desires, but it is cheap and I wasn't disappointed with what it offered. The ski school and instructors were great, I'd highly recommend them for beginner through to advanced.

Many great facilities. Although they look a bit outdated it has everything you could want. Many different types of massages, bowling, ping pong, olympic size swimming pool and many bars. Friendly staff and an amazing scenic restorant on the top floor with food to die for
