In contrast to grand hotel bansko, very relaxed atmosphere, you can see the people having fun everywhere thought the hotel, the spa and pools are standard not too fancy or anything, one steam bath one sauna, 2 outside pools and one inside with hot tub.

Overcrowded! The gym and the pool are too small for the size of the hotel. The food is terrible. This place needs renovation.

Definitely not recommending this place for your stay. The food is more than awful, there's no hot water all the time, no air conditioning in the rooms so it gets really hot during the summer. It was crowded so the last you can do is relax. Choose another place is my advice. 4 stars is not what you get.

It's an ok hotel, not as fancy as they advertise. The staff doesn't speak English. Rich variety of food, however not very tasty

If they pay as 100 E per day, and then it would be expensive for all the inconvenience we experienced there.
