  This hotel completely ruin my vacation. What is good there is only size of the room. Quality of the service is equal to 2* hotel. They will rip you off with so called "All inclusive " service. You pay for it and at the end you got same drinks, same service like everyone else. All inclusive my a.. Some sample: shuttle bus to very poor beach goes every 2hrs. At the beach, with all inclusive you cannot eat anything, after 4pm not even paid snack and after 5pm all inclusive drinks are paid. So 5* my a.. again. Please do not try breakfast in the sky, another way how to charge you more for bad coffee and dry bread. Will never come back to this place and will take all effort to discourage my friends to go there. By the way, spa center was another disapointment. There is a sign no kids allowed in wellness and when you enter you see infants soaking in whirpool and running all around. There are much better places in Bulgaria and they are not far from this hotel. It is not mistake of country but management failure.

  I paid for 110 minutes body treatment and a facel mask. I only got 70 minutes of body tratment ( masage and body rap) and no facel mask 😣
