  A place with great potential. Unfortunately, it is not finished yet. It was the first time when we canceled a booking and stayed elsewhere. But the manager fully cooperated and understood our point of view and gave us all her best to accommodate us. 2/3 stars are due to her. We are sure this place will be great when finished and polished. But now, it is just a building surrounded by empty lands, main restaurant is a bad joke and all seems like a decorated theatertoo bad, as we said, the place has all the strengths to become a top destination resort in Kranevo, but maybe in a year or two, when all the details will be set up. Until then, it is to avoid (my opinion, of course)

  Nice place with good and comfortable rooms( clean and nice). The spa at the hotel was really good with pool with different temperatures. That have also thermal zone and relaxation zone. We was on all inclusive pack, but the food wasn't so good! I recommend to eat somewhere else

  Was in the SPA/Sauna & Pool only. Nice place to relax, but opening hours a bit limited. 7:30 pm closed.
