  Clean large enough rooms, good breakfast, free easy private parking; free working wi-fi; location close to the Queen Mary's Botanical Gardens; free shuttle to the beach at certain hours;

  Pricey!
  Rooms are good, corridors and parking of incredible poor quality.
  Staff can't talk English at the restaurant and rarely a word in Romanian.
  Food is OK but the quantity of it is small and the diversity is even smaller.

  The loveliest place right next to Botanical garden where the palace of Queen is. Relaxing atmosphere, good food & super SPA treatments.

  Amazing stay, clean and good service by all the staff!! Great facilities and spa where you can relax!! Easy access to Balchik and to the shore of the sea where you can enjoy the views!! Definitely coming back!

  A very nice hotel which has a spa and gym, and is a short walk into Balchik town. I have not dined there, but the food aroma is great.

  Too pricey for the quality of rooms, food and services. Breakfast ran out of bacon. Twice. (How on earth does a hotel run out of bacon?!)
  
  There is very limited parking (about 10 spots) in the hotel's garage, so don't count on having one if you're coming on a busy weekend.
  
  The view, though, was really nice!
  
  Oh, and it's a walking distance from the Botanical Gardens, so I guess that's a plus.

  Very nice & spacious rooms & balconies. Main bathroom is also generous in size, as well as very clean. Double rooms and studios also have a secondary, small restroom.
  The rooms with a sea view also face the main street, which could be noisy if you keep the terrace door open. 2 minutes walk to the Castle and Botanical Garden, 7 minutes pleasant walk to the city center .
  
  Reception staff were polite and helpful. The hotel has a small underground parking, and there is also a free parking behind the hotel, but you have to walk 5 minutes to get to it as it is on a different street.
  
  All in all, we had a very good time there.
