That was the worse hotel I have visited for a long time. The carpet was so dirty and the air conditioner hardly worked.

A very, very nice hotel, not so far from the Sofia's city center. Food is great, nice personnel. I had only one issue in the winter I couldn't take the the car out from the basement parking because they didn't clean the path.
