Great spa and other hotel facilities. End of Nov. it wasn't very busy, so quiet and relaxing. Staff is very good and food not bad at all. Rooms are comfy and warm, it is clean all over. - I personally didnt like the pillows. Its great for families with children. Pool is excellent for them. I would recommend Lucky for sure.

We liked the herbal sauna, the cold bath and the steam room! Good job! The place was very clean. We wish we could have stayed more!!!

Conveniently located a short walk into town the hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the Italian restaurant was delicious. The highlight for me was the spa attached to the hotel- saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzis, even an ice cave! I would gladly return to this hotel.

The hotel has a modern style for both interior and exterior. Awesome staff and facilities offer a world class service. The hotel is kidsfriendly. A great place to stay in Bansko.

A super kids-friendly hotel. We spent two wonderful days during the Jazz Fest in Bansko and had a great stay: the rooms are spacious, there's everything you would need for a baby, even the windows are childproof. There's a kids corner, which is a separate room with plentry of toys and really friendly staff. Also there is a big kids outdoor area.
My kiddo got a toy for being a special guest :) and couldn't have enjoyed more the kids pool (btw non-chlorine).

Great service and ambience. The spar is to die for and the staff are awesome. A bit far from centre to walk, but regular shuttle buses are available for a small cost.

chocolates in room left on our pillows every evening. Gorgeous luxury bathroom products. Great for children, wonderful spa with sauna, steam and ice room. Even a mini kids bathrobe left on our sons bed! Amazing stay and would definitely recommend for a family break.

One of the best hotel I've seen in town. High standard service with very polite staff. Rooms are great quality and we'll isolated.
We only had breakfast but it was really a wide offer with a lot of fresh produce.
SPA center is amazing (about to be completely renovated as I write this review) : includes two steam bath, two sauna, a mineral pool indoor and a second pool outdoor.
Massage service was also amazing !
Very good place to go, whether for skiing or just enjoying the spa and resting.response / report this review
