Been there many times for 10 years. It used to be perfect hotel with big warm pool with termal water and excelent spa, but not any more. Too crowded, extremely noisy, overhelmed pools and spa which by the way were not clean as in the past. I am so dissapointed this time. Hope the menagement will recognize problems and fix them.

Very nice hotel. Mineral water pool indoor and outdoor. Great gateway for the weekend. Good for family. Offers free parking to all guests. Wifi is great for those who need to be connected all the time. Will visit again.

The breakfast is amazing, and so are the spa facilities. The Wi-Fi is passable, but bring your own entertainment, as Netflix and other stream sites are highly dependant on where you are in the hotel in regards to internet speeds. Everyone is highly professional, kind and helpful. We had a great vacation.

The place is beautiful, clean and neat. It is a 4-star hotel, after all. It lacks more space for entertainment, but otherwise, it's great. The breakfast it is THE BEST THING EVER! It has everything. So vegans and vegetarians, don't worry, you are not forgotten. It is a place you visit if you have healty issues, so you can use their 3 pools (one is indoors, 2 are outside) and their jacuzzi with different water temperatures. Visit it, take a looooong sleep and enjoy :)

They charge you before you stay in this hotel. Your passport is retuned only after chek out even though you have been charged in advance. If you go out of the hotel you have no ID. The swimming pools are great with mineral water and hotel location is very good too.

Check in horrible/staff not kind/they change reservations/cleaning should be inproved/furniture should be inproved/nice big pool needs service/christmas decoration very poor/fiesta does not excist but charged/I was very sorry I went for christmas there
