Hotel is nice. Part of the staff are very helpful, but not all. The food is OK, but there is not enough choice. After 2 days you end up to have tried everything. Eating becomes an obligation rather than an experience of being in a 4 star Ultra All Inclusive hotel. A fire alarm woke us a 2am. None of the staff knew what was going on nor explained us later.

I liked the stay very much, however, I expected a little bit more from a 4-star hotel..
Noted:
- No internet in rooms.
- Poor, free Wi-Fi in lobby
- Elevators were very busy and waiting time was pretty long
Overall the stay was great!!!
In addition, our bathroom floor was poorly cleaned and when I tried filling the sink with water the plugg got stuck, also hurt my thumb while plugging it, luckily there was another hole for the water to go through but then the water started leaking through the pipes below.response / report this review -

The food is good, many types, the room is clean and we have a nice see view, mamy activities near the pool, with children and at the bar, private beach with drinks, free longchairs near the sea. The only inconvenient is the wifi which is free near the lobby and not in the rooms.

Nice place, near to see, best all inclusive i've ever had. Extra animation. Pool inside and outside, few saunas. Extra strong drinks; )
